Finware Enterprise Systems is a black owned and experienced business adviser firm specialising in Financial Systems, Accounting, Taxation, IT and Business Consulting.
Our commitment is to provide our clients with a strong support and maintenance backbone to complement the high standard of specialised products and services which we market. Our vision is to bring together our team of multi-skilled entrepreneurs to transform Finware Enterprise Systems into a one-stop professional service firm.
Finware Consulting was founded by Mark De Wee is 2004 with the vision of becoming a leader in providing clients with a strong support and maintenance of Pastel products. Over the past 10 years, Finware Consulting partnered with Solly Morulane, Naven Chinnasamy and Mduduzi Tsabedze and Finware Enterprise Systems was born. Through this combination of skills and services, Finware Enterprise Systems (FES) aims to transform Finware into a one-stop professional services firm. Finware has physical presence in Gauteng but we provide services locally and internationally, including countries such as Namibia, Zambia and Swaziland.
At Finware we know that no business is the same and that is why our approach and products are also individually planned and delivered. The FES Management & Support Team share the common vision of ultimate service satisfaction, and by having a shared vision, we believe we are capable of achieving momentous success for each of our clients with services that are distinctive and individualised.

My experience has enabled me to develop my skills and knowledge with a varied number of industries. I am proactive, logical and customer centric professional offering +18 years of expertise in the areas of finance and accounting, sales and marketing and ERP systems.
Mduduzi Tsabedze
Chief Operations Officer
I am a Chief Operating Officer with over 12 years of experience working in both the private and public sectors in varied roles. I have worked on integrated projects for major clients such as Gauteng Enterprise Propeller (GEP), Identity Development Fund (IDF), Mafuri Infrastructure Africa, Gidani, National Development Agency (NDA) and Construction Education and Training Authority (CETA) and have been recognized with several awards during my career.
My experience has enabled me to develop an understanding of multiple industries namely in Freight & Logistics; Financial Funding; Regulatory, Retail, Recruitment and Manufacturing.
Naven Chinnasamy
Technical Director
I am responsible for ERP & IT Support for Finware Enterprise Systems, my role includes providing our clients with technical support for their financial and information systems.
Experienced in Information Technology I work with providing assurance about financial information, the way our clients interact with the systems they work with and ensure that they have uninterrupted technical support.
